Good video mam. I have something to ask, ente some area of hand, neck and parts of face darker than rest of body. Blood test cheytappo hypothyroidism n antibody kooduthala. So i stopped using lactose and gluten food from 6 month but change onum illa. Im taking only thyroid medication. Is this enough or anything else needed. Can i consult you online

എനിക്ക് ഒരു മോളുണ്ട്, ഈ അവസ്ഥ എനിക്കും ഉണ്ട് എന്നാണ് ഞാൻ മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നത്. ബന്ധപ്പെടുമ്പോഴും ഡെലിവറി ടൈമിൽ pv ചെയ്തപ്പോയുമെല്ലാം അസഹ്യമായ വേദന ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അത് കാരണം ഡോക്ടറുടെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നും വഴക്ക് കേൾക്കേണ്ടി വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. എത്ര മനസ്സ് ശാന്ധമാക്കാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചാലും കഴിയുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല.
