Mikey, this was truly awesome! 1951 and 1952 Bowman are the definition of vintage art! I would love to see a video where you compare some of your glorious 1952 Topps cards to 1951 or 1952 Bowman cards! Take care, my collecting brother! 😊👊
theres actually a card from 51 and 52 that have the same photo/player but diff name on the card, when i get there in being to show case both, ill share that card with you guys!
lol you cant do that to all the sets with big names man, i know im never going to finish a goudey set, however its still fun if im able to complete 90% of them!
@@geezmikey I started with 1952 Bowman, and I think that is a good starting point. I might try to do the 1951 Topps set one day but that is about it. I don't know if I can handle that much "fun"!
You are on pace to have them all by the end of the year. I haven't added much to my binders. I'm adding a Darold Knowles signed buyback to my 70 set. Big whoopie
Great stuff Mikey, love those. I just picked me up my first 52 bowman for my pirates team set that i'll be showing off this week. was very excited to get it. you got some great deals here!
there you go, thats whats sup.. im not sure if you noticed this but..... vintage pirates cards are usually in the cheaper side of things. despite clemente maybe, they dont really have any big name cards pre 1960s. hope youre able to tackle your team sets as far back as the tobacco era! now that would be dope.
My favorite bowman set of 50’s. Nice little fat stack. Definitely titso! Thank you for sharing, binder looking great.
somethin about those 1951s bowmans right!!
Love that set. Something about the card art just makes me happy
right??? i think the 51 bowmans are my favorite bowman years.
