这个蛮随意哦,越多的斑斓叶会越香,但也需要比较多的水才能在料理机打得动。但是水越多,就需要越多时间煮至你要的浓稠度,所以建议水越少越好哦。

Yes, you may lower the sugar level according to your preference. Personally I don’t think the recipe is very sweet.

Maybe you need to take extra care when u mix with the egg yolks, make sure you don’t overheat the egg yolks

The recipe is too watery! 😩
You can cook longer if u prefer thicker texture ;). But some hainan kaya really has this kind of texture.
