It came out a very delicious dal, I just reduced the oil and butter and did not use "Cream" to keep it low calories. LOVED IT!

Fantastic recipe! Issay zyada simple recipe koi ho hi nahi sakti. The best part is, it has been prepared with minimal butter which also suits diet concious people.

Just one clarification : Tomato puree boil karte samay 1 teaspoon salt ke saath SUGAR 1/2 (half) teaspoon daalni ha ya phir 1/4th (quarter) teaspoon or 1/3rd tsp???
