Amazing video Brandon, I agree Disney’s Pinocchio is a pile of sh*t. I felt like Tom only accepted this movie because of Zemeckis. Comparing to Netflix Pinocchio this was a failure.

I didn’t like Elvis at all despite Austin Butler’s obvious commitment to the role. I admire the work he put into his portrayal of Elvis. I mean, he became the King so much so that he still sounds like him to this day. Tom Hanks, on the other hand. Ay ay ay. His portrayal of the Colonel was godawful. His accent would appear and disappear like some kind of magic trick. His voice was just plain annoying. His voice tends to go high anyway, and maybe that works for a comedy but for this film it was grating. Throughout the whole film I kept hearing Woody from Toy Story in his voice. It was too distracting and constantly took me out of the story. I just didn’t find him credible whatsoever. The film itself isn’t all that interesting. You know you’re watching a bad movie when you keep checking to see how much time there’s left to finish it. I knew going into watching this that it’d be a long viewing but come on, Baz. At least make the movie compelling. Give us something we can work with.
The only one of these I’ll somewhat disagree with you on is Three Thousand Years of Longing, but yeah I could honestly not recommend any of the others to anybody. I dodged a couple of these but for the most part I suffered just as much as you this year 😂
The 355 one I almost forgot about... that was a shit fucking movie for sure lol My least favorite movie was jurassic world dominion... was so fucking disappointing . I'd rather get a bad movie like morbius (which I saw btw ... in theatres) then be disappointed, and dominion disappointed me on every level.
I get the hate for TCM, but I do think the kills/gore are pretty great. But the movie itself is bleh. Still enjoy it as a slasher, but agree I can't stand the addition of PC shit into horror movies.

I didn't see Pinocchio or Texas Chainsaw Massacre because I've heard both are horrendous. It sucks given the talent in Pinocchio and The original Texas Chainsaw Massacre is my favorite slasher of all time

Those films are always shot without artistic intent. It is always the same story retold. Blonde admittedly tackles a number of cliché subjects (childhood problems, love problems, drug abuse), but it got the audacity to take a different path. It isn't a film that is meant to please Monroe fans. There are no shitty "best-off" moments, it is a slow painful (but not so graphic) descent into hell with just enough happy moments to make the descent even more painful. Orson Welles' portrayal of Kane is an example of what I would have desired: a mix of different real people.
I agree with your list but Jurassic World Dominion should be on the list. Its really a very clunky movie without much logic, thrills and entertainment. A very poor screenplay. Given how the movie was hyped as the reunion of the characters of the 2 set of Jurassic Park movies and the finale, it was really bad. Glad you mentioned that both Ana De Armas' movies Deep Water and Blonde to be on the list. Blonde is right up there in terms of Jurassic Park. And a lot of the responsibility falls on the lead. De Armas is really bad in "erotic" roles, for lack of better word. In Blonde she was really ordinary. She looked the character in terms of physical appreance. Except maybe Marilyn Monroe was some healthier and buxom, whereas De Armas was a lot leaner. But the overall physical appearance was quite similar. But the acting was hardly worthy of biopic on Hollywood's most controversial and famous actress. She is surprisingly good in action movies. She was good in Bond. She was good in Grey Man. But its a major surprise that she is very ordinary in roles that are demand her to you know what. She is completely out of sorts in such roles. In Knock Knock or Deep Water or Blonde all movies where she plays a free spirited character, De Armas just does not generate the desired emotions and is very unconvincing. In fact she looks uncomfortable in intimate scenes. Which is a surprise given she is a Latina. Usually the Latin American actresses are considered to be naturally more appealing and erotic than White actresses because of their unconventional looks. Like Jennifer Lopez, or Salma Hayek, or Eva Mendes or even Penelope Cruz. Maybe she is being wrongly cast. She should chose more action oriented roles and given up on adult themed roles. Pinocchio was also very poor but 300 Years of Longing was not as bad to be on the top 10 Worst List. It was a unique idea but not properly utilized and concluded.
