This was super helpful! I am still confused though, we just start the 12 weeks over essentially at the end if we had good results? I am super beginner to powerlifting and am struggling to understand to RPE scale on a personal level. To see examples of what the percentages might look like would be so helpful. Like if your max is 100 on bench then a 5 x 5 at an RPE 7 will sit around 77% (or whatever) just because I have no idea what numbers to start with or how to adjust 😭

Thanks for watching! I'd love to help with this.
So I would essentially restart the 12 weeks, but now you can try to increase everything slightly and adjust your accessory work based on what you felt helped and didn't.
As for RPE, this is certainly tough to grasp early on, and everyone will have different percentages.
And easy way I like to look at things would be that each RPE is 2 reps left. So if you do a set of 3 at RPE 9, you should be able to that weight for 5 if you needed to (which would be an RPE 10).
From there you can probably make some percentage guesses.
