It is an exaggeration. It is a combination of beautifull lore, voice actors, graphic designers, its a mix and match whole package to make it work, just to credit it on the music only, doesn't give credit to the entire Mihoyo Genshin team.

I was so surprised and happy when Yu-Peng Chen came on to play the piano. Literally all of the music he composed for not only Genshin Impact but also Honkai Impact 3rd and Gun Girls I think(I'm not sure whether or not he worked on the other Mihoyo games) have been absolutely amazing. i recall the writers talking about the theme of inazuma about eternity. they mentioned how lightning/thunder doesn't last and that the shogun may be trying to keep something forever. thinking about this while listening to the soundtrack, it really does evoke a feeling of longing and that maybe something tragic happened that made the shogun act that way with the visions and all aaa just my interpretation tho ^^; (i feel like i worded this badly so i apologize english isnt my first language djdhdjsj)

This resulted in a huge workload and unfair treatment for the main composer. Chen’s assistant was also sidelined and hoyoverse kept bringing in newcomers from other channels to join hoyomix.
