It is cool but a problem is that most transport systems are built in the nether therefore it couldn't use water. Still though, it is very cool.
Using packed ice is still faster, easier to build too

This is honestly a better way of transportation than a mine cart
1. It’s faster
2. It can go up, down, left, right ETC.
3. It’s cheaper to make (wood, water and extra blocks)
And it’s fun af
Nah it looks like way more effort to place all the water since buckets are non stackable and you have to create lots more room than a simple 1×2 tunnel. Also going up requires to make bubble columns which also takes more time and the amount of sign placing would be tedious
@@melmao6531 Honestly i dont see much of a point in having it go straight up since most transportation systems are either nether based or made out far from your base where how it looks makes little difference. Ig in a minigame whatever it's cool but to me it doesn't matter

Surfing and Riding/Rowing are opposite, surfing includes standing and waves are used for surfing while riding/rowing can let you go on water and move using paddles

In minecraft wiki, it was called as water tram and considered obsolete when the ice were added, however I consider it as cheaper alternative to ice since water are more abundant everywhere than ices
