The top of the candle is not covered with paper, the candle burns inside, so you can light them. But I would be sorry to do so.

With the paper could you just melt it to the candle instead of glue?
Beautiful ❤️ love it 😍 a question - do you use some special kind of candle to make that? You replied to one post that the candle burns only inside (?) I don't know what you meant by that..? Candles usually burn evenly all over, not just inside, so just wondering if you're using some special type of candle for your design for it to burn in a controlled way? And if so, do you know what happens if ordinary candle is used AND burned, how does the decor react to the heat? Does it melt? Or catch fire? If made for sale, a customer would for sure need to know that to prevent accidents. You can't control what a customer does with a pretty candle, burns it or leaves it as a decor, hence need some instructions. Maybe a more secure way of designing this would be using a simple led candle...

Thank You! These are regular candles. I tried to light decoupage candles with rice paper, but they did not have paste and clay decor. The candle burned inside, leaving a frame of paper impregnated with wax, because the wax melts and impregnates the paper, the paper does not burn. Of course, you need to be careful with such candles. I prefer to use them as interior decoration.
@@SvetlanaAist Le papier ne brûle pas, à condition d'utiliser un médium "spécial bougies", et pas n'importe quel médium inflammable !!! Depuis des années, je décore les bougies, mais avec des serviettes. Les bougies fondent, mais de l'intérieur.... mais comme toutes les bougies allumées, il faut rester vigilent, c'est la précaution de base. En attendant, vos ateliers sont magnifiques. Merci !!!

12-24 hours. It depends on the depth of the mold and the temperature in the room.
