It's a small game that, to my understanding, was sold in Spanish newsstands at a budget price. Ediciones Manali published quite a few of those between '89 and '92, with many made by the same programmer: Ángel García Delgado. All were made in CGA only, maybe for budgetary reasons, or maybe that said programmer had a passion for CGA graphics :D

The CGA almost gives a silent movie look.
For a 1991 CGA game this is not bad at all! It reminds me of the game "Kane" that was released on the 8 bit home micros a couple of years earlier.
