@@BuddaGuedes One of my friends has a very early ‘60s Strat - I didn’t want to believe the pre-CBS collectors hype, and I am not a “Strat guy”, but I had to admit it was the best guitar I ever played, so that is a reference point for me. But you have far *far* more Strat experience than me!
It’s sounding good. Very good return to pitch on the whammy bar, for a Strat. Have you ever played an original ‘60-‘62 Strat for comparison?

I’ve never played one but I can’t imagine a better Strat than this or my custom shop 57
@@BuddaGuedes That’s great - yeah I feel like the best of the Custom Shop will be as good, and sometimes you can get lucky with a ‘70s one too 🙂

I dont understand having an angle to two springs? They are equal length so they should be all strait
They where straight but in the video it doesn’t look like it

@@shckltnebay a lot of people angle the outer springs they think it helps to keep the bridge centred on the pivot screws
