The dignity is through the roof. I can't watch the way they do it now. Even "natural stance" has become unnatural. And the way they all feel compelled to scream the name of the kata is just sad. You're announcing it for the judges, not screaming at an enemy. For fuck's sake.

Thank you for your comment🔥🥋 Kagawa Sensei is indeed superb when it comes to kata performance and kumite. There's a lot to learn from his way of practising karate. He's one of old school masters.

@@darkknight67584 I am part of the ISKF (East Coast), which was started and run by Teruyuki Okazaki. Watching him just do Heian Shodan was also amazing. They are so relaxed and focused at the same time.
