@@david-pb4bi well I think Trimble was more dynamic, Brennan was more a wait and counter fighter. Trimble would rush in with multiple kicks and strikes. I have watched and admired the Kugb fighters, so not prejudiced being Skif myself. I know all about the Red Triangle and its origins etc…

a quoi leurs sert les entrainement! ils n'arrivent pas a bloquer ou a attaquer !!!pfffffffffff sa fait beaucoup de cinema en demonstration ,mais dans un combat ils sont perdu;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
shotokan is based around the ideology of eliminating your opponent with one single decisive blow and that is reflected in the kumite with the single point system, very similar to how kyokoshin is based around raw strength and body conditioning and is reflected in their sparring of wailing on each other till a normal person wouldn't be able to stand. because of the one punch ideology, shotokan does lack effective combination when comparing it to other fighting styles and these guy probably wouldn't do well in the octagon, but then again a muay thai or bjj fighter wouldn't do well in the octagon either thats why it is MIXED MARTIAL ARTS. however, i personally believe that this style of fighting has some of the most explosive off the mark from point a to b attack of any fighting style, if you look up fighters like kokubun the effective range that he can move forward and land a quality punch is completely unfathomable to any ufc fighters and truely does deserve respect from anyone that has a appreciation of fighting. If you have a strong foundation of shotokan karate and tweak aspects of the fighting style to be more suited to fighting in mma, shotokan fighters can do exceptionally well in the octagon just look at lyoto machida he has a unmistakable shotokan style of stand up, if you pay attention you can sometimes even see him pulling Hikite with punches
The first atack that finish on floor , from kagawa with Kizami and hyaku zuki was sure wazari for him. Referee was a blind owl.
Respect to both..🤛😎👍
Just respect from best ..if not i think kagawa will be blown away

Trois têtes oui
The 1980s British KUGB fighters were best and most effective point karate fighters the world has ever seen - fast and powerful technique...
Were seems to be the case.
SKIF Aidan Trimble was better than Brennan..
