Yeah, I just looked it's been two years since he was running Charlie's screener. Hi Todd, How are you doing fine? I hope. I sire hope you can get back in the truck this coming summer. Have a great night.
You look pretty comfy in that CAT excavator young man. The screener does a nice job, that top soil looked like black gold. Thanks for the video, nice to see a little change of pace every once in a while, appreciate you taking us along.
Spent alot of hours loading these with a 963, excavator and even a payloader over the years. Its a boring job, but that screened black dirt is worth its weight in gold. Looks wet. Probably could re-run the stuff that is being discharged once its completely dry and get alot more black dirt out of it.
Nice change feeding a trommel screener , haven't had a topsoil video in a minute . Also haven't seen a beaver dam removal vid in some time . I miss those .
Must say just after you got started there showing us around remote moving it on to stock pile so off road truck could get away now had to replay this cupple times BUT NEARLY FELL OF ME CHAIR R A L M A O WHEN YOU SAY YOU HAD TO SLOW DOWN SOME you slow down did not think that even remotely possible Cheers Chris
Looks like your mighty comfortable Chris. where was this at?? Andrew Camarata has something like that but for Rock crushing, that he does to repair his roads on his properties in upstate New York. He also has a small screener but not worth the time he puts into running it. That soil w3as like black gold..Great Video Chris, thank you for sharing, Appreicated.
if you start getting too much dirt coming off the tailings belt, slow the feeder down alittle bit otherwise those screens clog up and carry the dirt right to the back and youll lose it in the tailings
Have you ever heard the saying one bad mistake covers up 100 good ones? you’re one hell of a good operator but when I see you get out of the machine and the bucket is held over another piece of equipment. It makes me roll my eyes.
Cool. Is there a version of this machine or something similar that is self-propelled and can "dig" about a foot deep, screen rocks out and then spread the cleaned soil as it moves along?
the guy that imports all those mclosky machines owns a large quarry and dumpsite along with a multi million dollar excavation company, dumpster service and heavy haul company based here in IL. Oh he also owns a nation wide equipment sales company
do you know how many years that topsoil as been piled up and rotting to come out of the screening plant looking that good? Jeff should stock pile all of his stripped topsoil, he would have a fortune in a few of years!
Chris, I enjoy your videos. I would like to be able to clearly hear what you are saying all the time. Perhaps a microphone would help. I like your attention to detail and quality of your work. Keep up the great work! I will be watching.
Seems like if they had one of those a little bigger mounted to a lowboy semi trailer that you could have moved around by your hauler guy, would be a beneficial thing on some of your jobs. Even if it was just knocking dirt off of stumps or other clean up. It would have to be a lot bigger inside and be a lot heavier duty. Almost like the very first "Hoffman crew" gold digger trommel that they made. Dead simple, heavy duty, mobile etc. Would be fun to watch too, so there's that 😉👍 ha ha
Chris, You have for 2 - 3 Year Work on a Recycling Place with the Excavator. On the Earth to sort Machine. The Other have make 4 Heap. Fine, Norm and coarse and Stone. It give too a Machine what break Concrete and Stone. This Machine always great Interesting.. Thanks for this Video. 👍👌
A nice change of pace . Something different than stumping and clearing .
I’m sure he feels the same way. Oh you wasn’t talking about us 🤣🤣
@@erikcourtney1834 lol
Something we could watch all day long
@@ryanhoward1013 yes . I helped him a while back to screen some dirt .Iran the back home for him .

They have weird windshield locks. They’re kind of awkward to put up and back down.
@@mikeznel6048 I hate them with a passion, i've hit my head on them way too often already, especially in our 315 with the smaller cab
Operating a small factory right there, Chris. Brought a smile to my face.
Always good to see different operations you deal with or know! Cool machines!!
Great video content! I love watching crushers and screens doing their thing. Thanks.
Going all Gold Rush on us with the trommel action.
Gettin' to dig dirt. That had to be fun. Thanks for showing us other types of dirt equipment and sharing with us all. This was fun, Chris.
I love machinery. All of it. That a beautiful pile of top soil. Amazing how much money is sitting there. I thought Charlie would pop up in the video.
Good looking screened soil. Wish I had a truck load. Thanks Chris.
How COOL 😎 ❤Thanks AGAIN!!! Let's Dig 18 &BEYOND!!!!

What a brilliant machine! Greetings from England.
Looks like great top soil 👍🏻🇺🇲
Luv this piece of equipment! Thank u for video, very interesting. God's blessings and be careful!
Glad to see you figured out you were holding the remote upside down. Lol
That looks like a great change of pace Chris, hope you enjoyed it.

Used to load one with a loading shovel , slow job . Speed it up and too much would come out the drum . The remote control on the belt was good though.
Boy Barnie is always hauling something ..Go Barnnie Go..
⭐👍⭐GoTeamLetsDig18⭐👍⭐
That was real interesting bro so thanks for letting us tag along. Looks a big difference to Charlie's one. Safe travels. Ken.
Sweet, been wishing you southern folks would start doing this topsoil screening
This isn’t new around here.
@@Highstranger951 it is on Chris's channel, with Charlie a few times,it's rare,is what im saying Mr. Perfect
Nice. That is one expensive wee beastie.
Man that’s a cool,expensive machine,thx for sharing!
I see a two year old one with less than 500 hours on it for just $279,000.....
Its always a cool video with you.
Great change great video thanks Chris should get a video on rock crushing should sell Geoff some screened loam
Can’t wait for the clean out to see how many ounce’s they get!

Cool machine. Does a good job.
This trommel screener would be just the ticket for Lot 6 to help narrow the road
Wow Chris is going to make His Hyundia jealous he is on a CAT
New cats are 💩
Old cat are 👍
That's a little bit nicer than my homemade 55 gallon drum version 😆
It's 2 to 3 hundred grand you saved that I like!
Have a good one Chris!!!❤😊
Wow, it's been a while since you last used a Trammell on a video. About 3 years I think! 👍
Now this is a machine I haven't seen before,..may wonders never cease,..it is different, but cool,..
that's a purty Handy-dandy machine !
I'll wager its got everything you need , including Head Phones , and a sunken Hot Tub
I saw the thumbnail and said, oh oh, Chris has the gold bug. Lol😂
Letsdig18 quote of the week "Mix it together makes it better"!
Yes, there's been a few times I wonder if this would be a good thing to do. Hats off to the landowner for good stewardship.
Job well done 👍🏻
That’s the best soil compactor that money can buy.
That’s some pretty topsoil!

The world is ending.. Chris is in a CAT. Not my first choice but they’re ok when they work.🤣
if you start getting too much dirt coming off the tailings belt, slow the feeder down alittle bit otherwise those screens clog up and carry the dirt right to the back and youll lose it in the tailings
Yeah! I love those things.
Chris You get to play with all the cool big boy toys .😂😂😊
Such a little bucket it’s so cute 😂😂😂
That would be a great addition to your equipment
Have you ever heard the saying one bad mistake covers up 100 good ones? you’re one hell of a good operator but when I see you get out of the machine and the bucket is held over another piece of equipment. It makes me roll my eyes.
Now that's big league.

Those McClosky’s are the nicest trommel screeners….betcha wish you had a Cat now!…the thumbs are the fastest!
All that equipment looked brand new…
the guy that imports all those mclosky machines owns a large quarry and dumpsite along with a multi million dollar excavation company, dumpster service and heavy haul company based here in IL. Oh he also owns a nation wide equipment sales company
Good job screening
Interesting. Thank you and have a good day.
I was going to say Nice to see an Irish machine working in the USA but they are also located in ontario Canada
These machines manufactured in a village near me and exported world-wide Not bad for a small Irish company
You need a sluice on there, visions of Gold Rush. There's a huge McCloskey plant 20 minutes from me, up in the Great White North.
Nice video Chris, I know that in some of your older videos that you was screening top soil, I was wondering if you still was.
do you know how many years that topsoil as been piled up and rotting to come out of the screening plant looking that good? Jeff should stock pile all of his stripped topsoil, he would have a fortune in a few of years!
Mr Bealy Good could do with one of those.
First though, he could do with some topsoil.🙂🙃😁
Really like the at that it’s self propelled nice unit

Read the transcripts as you follow along with the video
Liking the 4K at 60FPS a lot!
Like the video on screening topsoil .
That was interesting to see😊😊😊
THANKS!
Wish I had one of those! 😼
never thought i would see you run a cat excavator !
He has in the past in some old vids
He's rented a few CAT long Reach Ex's in the past for pond dredging.
He’s gonna become a cat fan now
Do it some more please with other specification materials. Does any of this stuff get "bagged" for retail market sales?
There is always a use for screened topsoil. What will happen to the coarse stuff?
Always if I'm on this side of town I get topsoil from them .

you need to talk jeff into buying a small screener and he could make his own top soil !!! ( hahahahah)
Should be ' Need to talk to jeff into buying LetsDig a screener, and a bigger haul truck, and ..... '
I bet that that "soil" on Geoff's home place wouldn't have more than 1 pound of dirt per ton of input.
Geoff would be able to sell rock...lol
@@ogreatmaster8334 Jeff has bought a few pieces
You got me so close several times but you never grabbed a handful of finished product lol
What are we looking at... Are you interested in one of those machines? Is it like a try out? Since good top soil is scares where you live.
Chris you look good in a Caterpillar 😅

What I can see is this soil is River loam a mix of soil and sand matter!?
👍👍👍
No guts no glory. Lol. It’s all in the ground you just have to dig it out Chris. Trammel needs more water for the sluice box
Still finding more gold than the Hoffmans
didn't you hear me? I was yelling at you to turn the remote around. 🤣🤣
You look like a natural for gold mining there young man!
👍 Thanks
Very interesting.
I weld and repair that brand of rock crushers allll the time for a few of my customers. Looks much less violent then the crushers.
Nice processor you need one of those Chris you can do it
What happens to the land you strip all the topsoil from . Enjoy your videos. Just asking for information 6:31
Some of that soil would look good in my yard.
That bad boy looks Brand Spank'n NEW!!
Now you know how a gold miner in the Yukon feels,
👏👏
I ran a 621 Mcclosky for years
Wonder what that beast weights in at?
Pretty cool, thought I was watching Gold Rush lol
....and all Cat machines!
So what do you do for fun? I go play with other peoples excavators.😊😊😊
