    *Recipe for Tandoori chicken in an OTG Oven with Setting*
    *Ingredients*
    *Tandoori chicken:*
    4 Chicken leg
    500 grams of hung curd (strain the curd for 1 hour to remove the excess water)
    1 and 1/2 tablespoon Tandoori chicken masala
    1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
    1 teaspoon Kasuri methi.
    2 tablespoon mustard oil
    2 tablespoon butter for basting the chicken.
    Salt to taste.

    *Green Chutney:*
    50 grams of pudina leaves
    50 grams of Coriander leaves
    250-gram hung curd
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    Salt to taste

    *Preparation of Tandoori chicken:*
    Clean the chicken pieces and create small cuts with a knife so the marination can get inside, just like in the video.
    Take 250 grams hung curd in a big bowl. Add Tandoori chicken masala, chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, Kasuri methi powder, mustard oil, Salt and mix them to make a marination paste.
    Take the marination and rub it on the chicken properly, making sure you put the marination inside the small cuts.
    Rest the chicken min for 2 hours. (Best if you do it overnight inside your refrigerator.)

    *Preparation of Green Chutney:*
    Take a grinder Jar and put all the ingredients like pudina leaves, Coriander leaves, hung curd, lemon juice, and Salt and add a little bit of water.
    Grind it into a sauce-like texture and now it's done.
    *Cooking of Tandoori chicken (For OTG Oven)*
    Preheat the oven to 200-250C and 10 mins (both top and bottom heating Rod and fan on.)
    During preheating Put the marinated chicken into grill and get it ready.
    After preheating is done, carefully put the grill rack into the OTG oven and turn it on for 30 mins.
    keep basting the chicken with butter every 10 mins.
    After it's done, carefully remove it from the oven and try it with the green chutney, Salad and lemon juice.
    *(My settings)*
    250C with both top and bottom heating rods on, the Fan on and the grilling tray kept in the middle. But during the last 10 min, it was kept one slot higher in the OTG rack.
