Ingredients
Whole Chicken (without skin) - 1.5 kg
Butter of cooking - 1 tbspoon
First Marination
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbspoon
Lemon juice - 2
Red chili powder - 2 tbspoon
Salt to taste
Second Marination
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Jeera powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - ½ teaspoon
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
Kasuri Methi - 2 teaspoon
Curd - 8 tbspoon
Red orange food colour - 1 pinch
For Garnishing
Onion rings
Tomatoes slices
Lemon slices
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Green Chatni

At first I thought the chicken won’t get cooked inside and will be burned outside while cooking. However, when i tried exactly the steps what u told, I was amazed with the results. The chicken was all cooked, tender, juicy and didn’t burnt at all. I don’t need to lit the charcoal from now to make tandoori. Thank you so much aunty for the recipe.
