    Instead with Kennip ,replace with Lettuce with the spicy condiment Chef Jia Choi's recipe.

    Thank you so much for this recipe. I decided to grow perilla in my home from seed. I now have a perilla forest! Some of my leaves are over 6 inches wide. I wasn’t sure what to do with them but this is perfect. Thank you Jia!❤😊

      I don't think so. This is not a fermented kimchi. But it's highly nutritious. : )
