This moment is sadder because you can truly feel Charlie's pain and inner torment while also lamenting his mistakes and remembering the things that made his life worth living, his greatest hits. When Charlie died, he died to save others, and he informed Desmond that the boat wasn't Penny's. He died being heroic which is not as sad in my opinion.

We spent the whole concert together, i cant forget him😔😍 we embrace our self at the end of the concert, and say to us, we will meet the next concert..we were so stupid not to Exchange our numbers😱😭.

Clair didn’t even get the letter and ring which is heartbreaking. I feel as tho Desmond is the only thing that gave Charlie’s sacrifice meaning which granted is a lot but still. To overcome addiction, find love, get a best friend, AND a purpose just to die right after? His character death will always be the saddest for me.

No, I don't think they forgot. When Claire picks Aaron up you see the ring in his crib. She just didn't notice it. :(

From the moment i found out that he was a junkie, i knew he was eventually gonna die. I just wish he hadn't grown into my favorite character...
