Love your hair Marie, looks lovely! Kirstie, that might be the worlds largest key! I’d love to see the door it opened. A Roman spearhead!! My goodness, the things you find just blow me away!!😲
You all looked like you were really enjoying yourselves today - as everyone was kindof silly. Like Steve with the ham! Anyway, cute saucey summer hair Marie!
What a great day you had in Hereford and Worcester. Kirsty's key was excellent, but Marie stole the show with her Roman spearhead, and Glen uncovering that ancient toggle. I also loved that iron found by Marie (love your hair done that way). Steve's spam was hilarious, it was great seeing those two back again. As always, thank you for cleaning the rubbish out of the waterways!
Lovely Key Kirsty. Top drawer find! Marie- First box Iron I have ever seen. Thanks for the historical moment. (Yes Marie, I did notice the new hair style. ) Roman spearhead- Awesome find! Truly a day of very historical finds. That weight could have been a rivet head die for forming metal rivet heads.
I thought you were going to pull a car up with 5 of you on the rope, after finding the steering wheel😃😃😃😃😃😃 pleased you got the magnet back. Nice old key.🙂
I'm loving the direction you have taken the magnet fishing, as I love history. I know what you mean about the feeling you get holding something old. I've done a little bit of mud larking and found some interesting bits and pieces. The fact that you are the first person to hold that item for hundreds of years is so special every time. ❤
Love your hair this week, Marie! That key is amazing, Kirsty!! My imagination makes it a city gate key 🗝️. Look at all those passersby jumping in to help unstick the magnet! That box iron is impressive, Marie! That design made it so much easier to keep clothes clean while ironing and speed up the process, too. Great find! That toggle is also incredibly cool! Congrats on the spam ham 😄. Wow, so many great bits of history again this week, all!
I would like to thank each and every one of the Peaky family for such an amazing historical video. This channel is full of history, excitement, and so much fun! How about all the locals helping pull the stuck magnet out! Brilliant just Brilliant and shows how this hobby can bring ppl together at a drop of a hat. Brilliant and another brilliant video guys.. I've got a key same as kirstys but not as big nowhere near. It's a blank I'm told as the end never had any pattern or design cut into it to fit a lock.. its still Rusty and needs a clean but I'm happy to donate it to the lady If she would like it.. I've got some bottles here ready to send to Rusty and Alison so I can pop it in with them? Keep up the cracking work lads and lady's 💪💪💪
Thankyou so much Tony, that is really kind of you and I will treasure it.Do love my old keys and plan on collecting as many I can and frame them all.Big love to you and also thankyou for your lovely comments xx

Hey Marie I really dig the new poodle do (sp) it looks fantastic on you. Personally I think you look great in curls. But what would I know I'm a 60 year old guy with some type of male pattern baldness. On a serious note those spear points ya'all were finding were really cool. And I have a question for Glenn I was surprised by that 7 inch key that Kristy found and was wondering what the largest size that type of key was. Tia, and ya'all yes that a southern word here in the states also please stay safe.
I think I know what that small piece you held up last is. Back in the thirties forties 50s and early 60s, girdles had garters sewn into the garment with a little rubber piece that you put the stocking on the inside over.the rubber piece and push it through the round hole. This would hold the stocking up and there would be one on the front of the garment and one on the back. It would have material covering the metal. That is what it looks like to me. The opening at the top of the metal would have a piece of material going through it that attaches to the garment.
Hair looks very nice Mrs P, Glen you could stand a buzz only don't make it so flat on top I keep getting the image of Steve wanting to set his beer on it 😬😂🤣🫡🤭🤣❤
A sign isn't a law, of the police come it's a civil matter. They were originally put up because of the bombs being pulled up, there is only one sign and it's infront of maim businessess If you google magnet fishing,it's not actually allowed anywhere but every weekend we do what we do

Bet you wish it was a meteorite, those things are worth big money!
Hi Peakys how come you are fishing Worcester bridge I thought there were signs along there not allowing magnet fishing?
A sign isn't a law, of the police come it's a civil matter.
They were originally put up because of the bombs being pulled up, there is only one sign and it's infront of maim businessess
If you google magnet fishing,it's not actually allowed anywhere but every weekend we do what we do
The little metal thing on the finds was for a rifle it holds up the strap. My husband noted that. He is into guns and rifles.
Wow ,thanks Wanda, please pass on our thanks to your husband x
