How to install/update to 4.01m33 CFW + 1.5 add on

How to install 4.01 m33 with optional 1.5 addon
You have to have 3.90m33(custom firmware) to update.
Whats a add on? its an add don so you can play your homebrews that require 1.50 firmware.
