I actually think the Ming colonial ending would be the best for China. This video was well researched and very entertaining I could not stop laughing. There was one ending you could have added and that is the Great Song Empire. Perhaps the biggest what if of all. If the Song was able to resist Mongol invasions, reunite, industrialize, then modernize 300 years before the age of enlightenment, world history would have been very different. Granted, I don't personally believe they would've actually industrialized that early even if the Mongols never came, but if anyone were to beat our real life record they were by far the strongest contender.

This video was well researched and very entertaining I could not stop laughing. There was one ending you could have added and that is the Great Song Empire. Perhaps the biggest what if of all. If the Song was able to resist Mongol invasions, reunite, industrialize, then modernize 300 years before the age of enlightenment, world history would have been very different. China would not be as big as it is now, but similar to Ming ending, the entire world would be a lot more Asian.

@@kets4443 The Song did not industrialize but exhibited some trends similar to Europe when it was on the cusp of industrialization. Stuff like its drastically increased steel and textile production, population boom with urbanization, and general rapid technological advancement. They also were starting to work out useful military applications for gunpowder, although unfortunately for them their other rivals plus the Mongols were also able to keep up with this. Granted, I don't personally believe they would've actually industrialized that early even if the Mongols never came, but if anyone were to beat our real life record they were by far the strongest contender.
