Sounds like you have so much bleed that there is clear phasing in the cymbals, so the plugin certainly does its job in this case, the bleed in the kick drum mic is crazy though, you almost hear the rest of the kit equally loud so if you had a better recorded kick drum the problem would be way smaller.
