I don't actually get sugar crashes very much at all.
Even though I eat a couple sweets nearly everyday!
I'm guessing that may be because I have ''lower than normal'' blood sugar? I get lil sweet cravings kinda regularly too
Thankfully I don't snack nearly as much as I did when I was 19 and younger
soon as I hit 20 it's been a big decrease in how much I eat sweets.
I find myself having those long packs of Starburst and can't even eat all of em.
A regular size bag of Skittles? I gotta clamp and put the rest of the lil bag away.
So thats good, I'm actually taking in a lot less sugar than I use to. Maybe as I age I'll gradually begin to eat less and less sweets?
