I'm a student and having to manage several career and school projects and have been struggling to find a system I love, this video was so helpful! Thanks for sharing!
I wanted to give this one my undivided attention so finally getting to it! First, I LOVE your cover😍 Love the Gantt! I need to let my mind spin in around a bit to see if it will help me. I’m thinking it will, but I’m not sure exactly how. I’m thinking one row to note astrological/seasonal dates as those usually inform my teaching. But if I want to do the same with my UA-cam videos I need to plan farther ahead because of editing. And I already knew I wanted a kanban to track stages of my video production. Thank you so much for inviting us into your notebook. I really appreciate it!
This was SO helpful. Thank you for sharing your process. I’ve never really understood Gantt charts, but this totally made things click for me. I’ve been trying to figure out how to manage my projects and my team’s projects to make sure we’re progressing steadily, and I think this could work for us. I also work in higher ed on the student affairs side. 😊 I really enjoy your videos (just finished watching all of them). You may be aware of this, but the sound is very low on your videos. When I’m watching on my television, I have to turn it up to at least 60 to hear you.
Thank you so much! Yes, I am still very new to all of this and I am working on my set up. But I appreciate the note and that you've enjoyed the videos.
I love using a Kanban board! I am working on creating a system for projects that don’t have specific markers or steps, like completing a 5000 piece puzzle that you work on 3 nights a week until it’s complete. 🤔 just trying to describe it gives me an idea! Anyway enjoyed the video!
You just reminded me of the most helpful ways to do project management. Thank you!!!
Would love to hear what works for you!
Thank you for sharing your work planner. I love your videos.
Thank you for watching!

I really like your Gannt charts. I don't think I've seen it done this way before.
Thank you! I find them really useful for long term projects

I saw someone describe that cover as a grandma sofa print and I was like yes and I love it hahah. I think it was from the 2023 April start release.
I love your vintage iMac sticker! Best of luck with your notebook setups. 🙂
Thank you! It is one of my favorite stickers, I'm going to miss it once I switch notebooks.
