FFXIV: 7.1 Wait for it... Wait for it...! (MSQ and new dungeon!)

Welcome back to The Archive in the Seams -- The Liminal Branch Library! I'm your archivist and librarian, Mordio Crow, and today Nova and continue our Dawntrail adventure -- in patch 7.1!
We're not quite done with Jueno yet, but we want to get MSQ progressed! ...At least until the new dungeon so I can pretend I'll actually do expert roulette! Now that (anywhere from thirty seconds to four months) have passed since the end of Dawntrail's story in Tuliyollal, what's next for their relationship with new neighbor Alexandria? And what can we learn about Gulool Ja's mother?
