I get it that coach or manager is there to motivate fighter but he’s also there to protect that man from serious injuries. If the guy knows his tank is empty and tells him multiple times that’s it , the other guy is obligated to respect that decision and save him from possible harm .

Fighting isn’t for everyone. This man had the privilege to fight in the MMA, he trained, spent money and effort and most importantly time, yet he made the decision to quit. That is why you need to understand yourself, especially your limits. Overcoming physical limitations is possible but not easy however, overcoming mental limitations is much harder. This very reason is why many people are doing drugs and drinking a lot. People are willing to take steroids for the physical aspect but also the mental aspect as well. This mental aspect may be insecurity about one's body or the impatient mindset of an individual who only expects a simple and direct outcome. Some choose these performance enhancing drugs just for their own hobby of body building. Although this reason is preferable it still revolves around the mental aspect of a person using steroids because they believe it will help them achieve their goal faster than hard work as they may desire seemingly unattainable body’s. Therefore one must solve insecurity not through shortcuts or by starting something you never wanted to do in the first place but know yourself before you may push your mental capabilities and improve them first. Remember to stay happy and comfortable with yourself and your career or hobby because if you do not you will face the biggest failure of all quitting. 👍
