Please correct if I’m wrong because if they do make OEM blade for the Z06 don’t care how much they cost I’m buying the OEM ones and replacing them because aftermarket carbon fiber does not match the OEM exterior color of GM’s carbon fiber. I have a full Z07 packaged car with high wing Aero that I would have to match.. But pretty sure they don’t make OEM pieces for the Z06 yet?? only carbon fiber blades for the Stingray I believe
Here’s a really good tip for anybody watching your video. Next time apply the tape to your pieces but cut the tape 2-3 inches long on both sides, and leave the red pieces sticking out on both sides and I say both sides because if the tape breaks you’re screwed.. that way you can go to the other side and pull it off . Again you want to remove the 2 or 3 inches of tape only on each side but leave the red backing sticking out of each end.. that way you can slide it down on there and peel the red backing with the product already installed You can probably find a video on this if you don’t quite get it ✌🏼
Great input, thank you. I’ve seen guys do that on long pieces like spoilers, side skirts, etc. Do you think that will work with the many smaller pieces needed for these pieces?
Lowering is on the to-do list. Not sure if I want to get new wheels or just some spacers. I actually like these wheels, so spacers will be a more affordable option
Wrap the roof down to the nacelles with CARBON FIBER WRAP. Its pure fire. Then go full RED/BLACK carbon fiber interior including the BOTTOM DOOR PANEL KICK GUARD. Going full PAGANI with the aftermarket is easy to do with this car.
@@SupercarRanch Not the roof. It matches the theme for show. Everything else is available in real carbon fiber for cheap these days. I have seen this stuff on modern cars, and it looks top notch done right.
I think sigala has a version of that which actually replaces the entire piece rather than just a stick on version. Any reason why you didn’t go that route. Still looks great though.
Love the car
Thank you!
@@SupercarRanch Definitely my dream car
Might be exactly what I need. I tried ordering mine with the OEM pieces, but they were not available. Thanks for posting.
For sure! It’s definitely a better value. The OEM pieces are probably fantastic, but crazy expensive

Hey, yeah I was looking to get them OEM as well, but they are no longer available. This seems like a decent compromise.

How easy would it be to take these off? Would the tape leave any marks to the OEM pieces?
Good question. Honestly not sure. I don’t plan on removing them. I’d recommend asking the folks at EOS, who makes them
are you doing the high wing are just going with the carbon winglets?
The first thing to do on these is drop it one inch and get some wheels with a proper offset. The stance when done is all this baby needs

how is the ground clearance compare to the c7 or c7 z06 ? ( idk if you ever own one ) thanks
I never had a C7, but I had a lowered C6 and the C8 seems to have pretty good clearance.
Looks good u should buy a stand for ur 📷
You made plans to watch the eclipse yet? Gonna be best through your area.
Yeah probably just go hang out with the family and stare at the sun
Are these full carbon fiber or hydrodipped?? In video the rear side looks like ABS plastic
They are real carbon

If I do more carbon fiber, it’ll be real carbon fiber, not a wrap. And in moderation. Don’t want to go full stick-on. It starts to get tacky

Because it’s a significant price difference. Less than 1/3 the price and no core charge.
