    On baby #6 myself. I love all of this info! My midwife has me drinking NORA tea this time around (nettle, oatstraw, red raspberry and alfalfa) thank you for sharing!

    Can you link the raw milk podcast? Wanting to make the switch, but my mom (who is very opinionated) does not want me to have the risk of food borne illness. Per usual, love your content!

      Group B Strep. It's a bacteria that is tested for at 37w. There tends to be a very different view on it from the Holistic Health community to the Western Medicine community, so definitely do research into it if you're pregnant or planning to be!

    Good point with the raw milk and food bourne illness!! You are so correct in that it is a risk no matter what you eat! I would love to try it because i feel the benefits outweigh the risks!

    i'm so glad you talked about raw milk! it feels like a lot of youtubers stray away from that topic because of the controversy. I have read a few books this year that talk about drinking raw milk, and i do not see any other way to drink milk anymore. I will raise all my children on it.

    I think we should not have rasberry leaf tea the 2nd trimester. I have drunk it on my 3rd trimester but only one cup initially and 2 cups the last month. Do you have and share any links that says how much we should drink from that tea?

    Thank you for this! Curious why you don’t drink red raspberry in first trimester? Does it have a link to miscarriage.? Wondering because I’ve always had it in pregnancy (have had 5 full term babies( but I can’t remember when I started. Recently in an effort to balance hormones after miscarriage, I have been drinking a ton of homemade hormone tea: red raspberry, nettle, oat straw, fennel, anise) and if I get pregnant again I was planning on just continuing… but your video gave me pause to think maybe I should back off in first trimester? Def don’t want another miscarriage:(
    ( Would love to know if you have input on this. Thank you.

    Could your body be extending your gestational period because it instinctively senses the need for more time, especially considering the likelihood of your babies being genetically larger due to your husband being so tall? I heard this thought on UA-cam video and thought it was interesting.

    Raw milk is a big no during pregnancy because of listeriosis

    I drank the tea as well!! My midwife makes NORA and gave that to me. I drank it almost everyday. When I went into labor she thought it would be 24 hours or so but it was 12 from start to finish. At the end she said “you’ve really been drinking that tea, huh?” 😂
