For example, this guy covers everything, lyrics, clothing styles, lighting, camera angles, not to mention the special effects! You've got to truly love the work he, and the various other artists (I know at least MandoPony was here, but I can't remember if anyone else I recognize was.) put into these songs. Big fan of yours, and keep up the great work, it's been amazing to see you grow as an artist.

Well the name of the album seems to remind me of Channel Awesome and how they claimed their content creators were "paid in exposure" (the exact words used). Which supposedly did screw over a lot of their producers and had more issues than a newsstand.
Being "paid in exposure" is a highly common form of exploitation throughout all creative media; I doubt the album was intended to reference that incident specifically. It's entirely probable that it refers to his own experiences and the misfortunes of those around him.
I like how he's taking his time with this one. We had like half of SK uploaded to youtube before the album even dropped, but this time he's drip feeding them more from the looks of it so it's more of a surprise when the album finally drops in june.

I used to think Scar (From Lion King) was the perfect villain because he could sing like a badass and still be menacing, and had a way of being very charismatic. That has all changed now. I would definitely watch a TV show based around this "phantom".

Okay, this has officially blown me away! The performance, the mix/master, the instrumental, the lyrics...everything is amazing. I love the darker tone of the song, as well as some of the symbolism that can be found (as well as the references to "Panic! At The Disco" and "The Greatest Showman"). And Nate, holy shit man! Your vocals have improved so so much over the years!! What started as an already amazing voice has transcended into near divinity! Fantastic job on the vocals! Andy, great job on the bass! Shawn, fantastic job on the mix, master, and the guitar (you talented person!)! I'm not 100% sure who's on the drums (I swear I know you, but I'm not quite sure...), you absolutely KILLED it with your enthusiasm!!
I've been following Nate ever since "Hold On To You" released, but I knew Shawn (the lead guitarist & the guy who mixed/mastered this amazing song) before I ever knew of Nate. I wouldn't say that I'm a "true fan", since I feel that may be a bit much, but I like to think that I'm a "dedicated" fan.

GoldenCyclone4 It just occurred to me know that pre-orders are still going on for Paid in Exposure. But I haven't bought Sandcastle Kingdoms because of I'd love to break it to you, swearing in songs have an effect on me that I don't like. I'm not really going to get into it though.
I mean, the album name is literally "Paid in Exposure", which is about people just doing work for free because employers/companies tell them that their pay is exposure to the field. So the theme is just there already in the title XD

Okay, this has officially blown me away! The performance, the mix/master, the instrumental, the lyrics...everything is amazing. I love the darker tone of the song, as well as some of the symbolism that can be found (as well as the references to "Panic! At The Disco" and "The Greatest Showman").
And Nate, holy shit man! Your vocals have improved so so much over the years!! What started as an already amazing voice has transcended into near divinity! Fantastic job on the vocals! Andy, great job on the bass! Shawn, fantastic job on the mix, master, and the guitar (you talented person!)! I'm not 100% sure who's on the drums (I swear I know you, but I'm not quite sure...), you absolutely KILLED it with your enthusiasm!!

I've been following Nate ever since "Hold On To You" released, but I knew Shawn (the lead guitarist & the guy who mixed/mastered this amazing song) before I ever knew of Nate. I wouldn't say that I'm a "true fan", since I feel that may be a bit much, but I like to think that I'm a "dedicated" fan.
