Great video, i live within a mile of all these. My goto is always Santouka on Venice/Sepulveda whenever the crowds of tourist/students on sawtelle are too big, and they never disappoint and ample free parking and now crowds. I have seen the ohter u mention but never tried and i will now. Also should have mentioned Tsujita Annex which is directly across the street from the other one and has the Thick Jiro style Noodles in their awesome ramen.

Nice but you gotta get out that side of town. Try Little Tokyo, Gardena, Torrance just to name a few. I love those artisan noodles though

For sure! Definitely need to explore those locations for the hidden gems. Any recommendations?

My favorite ramen place is Rakkan because I'm not that into pork broth ramen. Their broth is vegetarian, which is somewhat rare in SoCal. My other favorites are Ramen Tatsunoya in Silverlake, Men Oh Tokushima Ramen in Little Tokyo, Kouraku in Little Tokyo for their Mabo Ramen, and Mr. Ramen in Little Tokyo when I just want something basic.

Oh man didnt expect to see mogu mogu on here.
If you get a chance to try hironori craft ramen, they're my favorite bowl of tonkotsu ramen and were my favorite bowl of noods until i discovered tsujita's tsukemen.
Also, have you tried rakkan Ramen? For being a vegan broth ramen, i think it punches way about its weight class and is in one of my recommended ramen spots for sure

hello cwmiso, thanks for this south cali review:
santouka - was it in jtown food court with the models - the torinuku tasted great throught my hp screen
tsujita - the charsiu was a real red there - you added extra flavor with a lime - would like to try this one
shinshenigumi - the hawaiian hand roll - that ones fun too - how come the canned ham is not in the noodle soup but the pink crab is.
omotenashi - shabushabu with ramen and mexican cilantro - thank you for the lamb here
mogumogu - (mazemen) - the dry noodle toss - real delish with egg poach stir
wonder in soba or udon are there that many to put a list. not enough buckwheat guess. elle for real crab

Thank you for your support! In regards to Santouka, they are have one in every Mitsuwa supermarket, which has locations all throughout Los Angeles.
