My M3 is being delivered tomorrow. Woke up this morning to see there was an M4
@@ronsteele1835 ask if they will do a sale price match. 😂 I highly doubt it but worth a try. Utah air and pyramid is on sale atm for the M3 version. I don’t think it will last long
I was about to go buy an m3 on the 20th of this month till i got a notification yesterday about the new m4
@ronsteele1835 that is OK you can upgrade it with m4 parts when and if that's the beauti of the impact buddy. The m3 is no less a gun now just enjoy. I'm have a m3 but I'm going to be getting my m4 parts as soon as I can
Bought via internet? You can return it without reason. I would go for the new version.
Just refuse delivery and ask for a refund?
Looking forward to upgrading a few parts on my m3.
Pretty happy with how mine is at the moment so will probably just get the too rail as a start
An upgraded M3 is still pretty close to the M4 and an absolutely amazing gun 🤗

Is it worth to upgrade from the M3 though. My M3 is only 3 months old and it’s treating me good.
I doubt that I would do it with a 3 month old M3 🤔
There is much to learn and enjoy with the M3. It is an amazing gun. Absolutely love mine 🤗
@@VikingAirgunner honestly with the off season Ive had it sight at 30/60 yards and it’s spot on with nickel to quarter size targets shooting pellets. I bought a slug liner and barrel sleeve but I am afraid to install it as it may change the accuracy. I am so looking forward to small game this season and it’s not coming soon enough. It didn’t take me much time to tune my M3 but I feel theres so much more I haven’t learned.

Hey Peter, if you get the impact m4.....try to show the difference in the results with and without the first stage regulator on .177 calliber....lets see if is really a good idea to remove 1 stage regulator on .177 or not...👍
I think that it will be a good idea to test it i the standard setup. But if it comes with a standard superior liner and a pellet probe I might have to take a deep breath first 😂
The dove tail on the top plate is a nice addition for sliding the scoperail but adds nothing to the rigidity as it stops at the cheek riser not going all the way from front to back. This makes it only as rigid as the thinnest part.
This is for me a M3,5 Trigger is nice, i waiting to the DRS Pro here in Germany. My M3 is great ;-)
I wonder if the M4 trigger will be backward compatible for the M3
I have no idea, but in a way I would be surprised if it doesnt🤔

Hi, Thanks for the reply i have asked the same question to someone else, and they replied that they have contacted fx directly, and they said no, the mk4 trigger assembly won't fit the mk 3 that doesn't surprise me

Hej Peter. I tidligere afsnit snakkede du om slugs og at der var brug for 700mm løb for at kunne få Max præcision, tror du de kommer med det i 4.5mm
Jeg er ikke helt sikker, men det ser ud til, at 177 som standard med stx superior liner i 600 mm. Det jeg er usikker på er, om man kan få Snipermodellen i 177 - altså med 700 mm.
Ellers kan det være, at man kan bestille den costom. Evt med 700 mm heavy liner 😎 Måske hos Arms Gallery i København.
If I already had an M3 I’d probably skip it, but since I was considering a M3 in .22, I’m pretty excited for the M4 release right when I’m ready to buy. I like all the updates. I have a Maverick in .30.
..and I agreed on the angled gauge mount. I’ll be putting one of those on. I really liked that about the Panthera. The Sekmet on the side of my Maverick is also pretty easy to see.
Thanks Peter 👍 great review. Me I can't wait to upgrade my m3 with all the m4 parts. Apart from the trigger of course. Or I may get a m4 I love fx despite all the haters. If I get a m4.i can put all my huma upgrades into it and anything else I have got for my m3.now what's not to like about that. I think m3 m4 are the best airguns ever no doubt about it. Keep up the great work Peter I still think you're channel is simply the best airgun channel of the lot 👍 😀

Silly question but how come they won’t do a 800mm in .177
Actually I think it is a good question 😃
But I imagine that they dont consider it nessecary.
Using the 700 mm heavy liner with 20 gr slugs it is still nowhere near max reg preasure or hammer tension.
But if I was to imagine where it could make sense it would be if you want to shoot 22 or 24 gr slugs from ZAN. The 700 mm doesnt seem to stabilize those, so perhaps a 800 mm would 🤔
Anyway 20 gr slugs is more than enough for me - actually prefer 16 gr slugs 😎
What is the FX case at the back right?…

I’ve had my M3 about four weeks…. I don’t know how I’m going to convince myself an M4 is worth it!
I was in that exact same situation when I had just bought my Wildcat MK3 and the BT version came out a week later 🙄
Hey Peter I'm still going to use two regulars on my m4 I have brand new huma regs so I think I may as well what is your view 😀

I still have not recieved an M4, so I will know for sure, when I have tested it, but since I have my dual bottle adapter with 2 300 bar bottles I will most likely get a 1st stage reg.
I love the Huma reg in my Panthera, but for the M3 the AMP2 has been perfect 🤗

You know what Peter.i knew that a lot of people don't like fx.but I never knew how many until now. Lots and lots of people hate fx some people are even saying that they are shit. It just makes me a little bit sad I love mine 😔

Jeg har lige fået den ind ad døren, så over det næste stykke tid kommer jeg til at lave videoer med den.
M3 og M4 er ikke helt så simple at indstille, så bare du ikke forventer et plug N Play gevær. Det kræver at man sætter sig ind i det, og at man ved, at det kræver en vis fintuning hele tiden.
Jeg startede selv med Impact, men jeg lærte det da. Vil sige at mine videoer er gode at læne sig op ad - bare for lige at være lidt selvfed 😂
Hej Peter takker for dit svar jeg er i sidste step til at invitere i den M4 i Sydafrika 5.5mm er det ikke rigtigt man ikke have våbentilladelse til 4.5mm i Danmark vis jeg beslutter på et tidspunkt jeg vil have den med hjem
@@martin60688 Det er helt rigtigt. 4.5 mm kan købes af alle på 18 år og over uden tilladelse.
Stod jeg i din situation og boede i SA, så ville jeg også vælge 5.5mm, men den kan jo skiftes til anden kaliber meget nemt.
Ville nok også vælge 700 mm versionen 🙂

4 generations in 9 years. That's to much. M4 is just a little upgrade. 3cc more plenum. Why not 89 like the maverick? No. Not a new generation. Just a little upgrade. Not worth to buy a new rifle. Better wait for the m5 in 2 years. 😂

Minor upgrades indeed. Getting rid of the 1st reg is the biggest selling point for me, but then again u can do that easily on the m3 also..If you got the $ to spend, sure go grab one..if your happy with ur m3 like me, save the $ for something else..Just my opinion, will pass for the time being.

The gun is getting a wild amount of criticism and I don’t really get it myself it’s the impact we know and love with a few more improvements and upgrades that now come stock standard that’s pretty fare in my eyes so where did all these haters come from? are they fx rifle owners? That just have unrealistic expectations? “Because come on that’s what they are”or are they outsiders that just love to hate on fx because they want one but In all actuality, they would never buy one. It’s probably the aoa daystate brocock crowd you know who you are a lot of them can’t stand fx they want there beloved daystate to be as big as fx. Kinda like android fans shitting on Apple users it’s like they dare not buy Apple products but they wish their android to be just as big and popular but can never be and they know it. Can’t please everyone I guess..
