While I appreciate what you tried to do in this vid, a po-boy you did not eat. It starts w/ the bread, and po-boy bread is actually unavailable outside of NOLA due to the climate.

I have no idea where to recommend in LA lol. I'm a NOLA native and I currently live in Dallas. But, I will say this, a friend of mine who when to college w/ me in NOLA has a sweet bar in LA, it's called MIddleBar
