She was close to me in the offset line for the disabled and filming Kreator with her camera. Pretty close. I told my friend, "That's her, she'll be on stage with Mercyful Fate." My friend Mark was, "That was her? Oh man!" She kicked ass on stage with them. Great set overall, all hail the King!
he played a small venue in brooklyn about 6-8 yrs ago... i wish i had seen it... of akk the shoows ive been to..... King Diamond has been the only one i was not able to attend.....sad times people. !!!
Thanks for posting. The view from the ADA seats where I was accompanying someone was not great. I hope the sound was good where you were. Kreator sounded like distorted mush and was terrible on my ears even with hearos rock n roll plugs. Even in the far back. This MF lineup was tremendous. Perhaps even better than on the Dead Again and 9 tours. Back then I’d go right in the front on the railing! This setlist didn’t thrill me. Why Egypt is not treated with the same reverence as the 80’s stuff is beyond me. That’s the first thing I heard from King and I was floored by how good it was. Egypt and Nightmare be Thy Name probably made them a lot of new fans. Hopefully we get some more tours and an even better and longer set!
@@ChicagoTRS I need to see more Denner videos. The playing on that 1993 Ft Lauderdale show was atrocious at times. Sounded like the drummer was playing too fast and throwing everyone else off. Mike Wead seems to get the solos right as far as I can tell. Putting Jackal in the set is an odd choice considering how unfinished it sounds. If they wanted to put something slower in, 9 or Into the Unknown would have worked really well. I hope MF doesn’t turn into one of these nostalgia bands that only plays their early stuff like BOC or Heart.
7 songs parts in red text: Evil - Satan’s Fall and Into the Coven (with Metallica) - Curse of the Pharaohs - Melissa (solo/girl) - Black Funeral - At the Sound of the Demon’s Bell
He's 66 and can still do this!!!
He's 666. Ofcourse he can. Lol.
Absolutely bad-ass! Still brewing up that incredible magic!
I can see Becky Baldwin on the bass back there, I like and admire that woman!.

I thought it was a great show - my favorite of 2022. Kreator sounded okay up front, Mercyful sounded great, I wish Denner was on the tour.

Or Time...that’s an amazing song and he never sings it.
Was this recorded with a camera or phone? Looks and sounds really good.

Audience are backing The King Daimond, and he become King Daimothman of Afghanistan in heat. Hot cold sweat running down the back of kings neckERMAN.
What is this sorcery?
The solo was murdered.
Why would they play Gary, IN over everywhere else in the midwest? Didn't know Gary had a big metal scene. Lol.
Basically Chicago suburbs...great venue too...
Gary is a decent guy. It was a birthday party for him.
Excellent! He still got them pipes!
An absolute legend
