Thank you for their videos on this machine. it seems to fly under the radar of the usual Coffee influencers but I think it is very appealing to a Home Barista with little space and if you do not want to wait 40m until an E61 brechend heats up.

Is there a way to adjust pressure closer to the ideal 9bar ?

Hey @Rory1369, Absolutely!
You can adjust the grind and dosage to achieve the desired pressure for most espresso machines. We also cover this in our recent video, which is a continuation of this one.
When you find the right balance between dosage and grind, you should be able to achieve the 70 ml double shot and the desired 9 bar pressure.
