I would not only contact Joanns about the pearl and angel situation, but also I would message the people who bought angel scrunchies send them a picture of the colors side by side and ask if the color difference is okay before you send them a pearl one, BUT I think they would not mind at all.

It sounds like they may have discontinued the angel color way and just sent you the new color, but they shouldn’t do that without getting your consent first. Based on what they say, you should then contact your customers and let them know so that they have a voice in deciding whether to accept the replacement color or not. There’s definitely a noticeable difference in the two colors! That’s what I would do, anyway. Thanks for another great video! Have a great weekend!
Super random, but hearing the scissors snip, then the little clack when you place them on the table is super satisfying. The sound of completing a project. Also, Holy moly those colors are so close! I couldn't tell them apart until you held them next to the camera. The Midnight sea has just a tad more green ting to it than the Regal Blue. Both such lovely colors. And, Joann? You okay hunny? That's a funny little hiccup you got going on out there.

You packed my order in this video and I ordered both the blue sparkles, and you were right. I cannot tell the difference 😂 but that's why I ordered both. I did forget one but that's okay, I'll just order every color next time 🖤
13:04 ughhh I hate that confusion too. I recently got a few skeins of colour changing yarn which has ombre shades of yellow and the darker shades are almost indistinguishable. I also have to wonder whether its my eyes or the yarn😂
So not sure if you know this, but I used to work at a Joann’s and the reason your ship from store orders come in multiple boxes is because they pull the items from stores, not warehouses. So the order goes to one store, they give you as many of the items as possible and ship it. Then the remaining items show up as an order in the next store with as much of your ordered items in stock and they fill it, etc. With larger orders they will often bounce through several stores before being completed, hence the many boxes.
I've never worked at Joann's, but I've worked at Michaels and it seemed to be the opposite: if you couldn't fill 95%+ or so of the order, it ALL had to go back to the shelf and then the order would bounce to the next store the inventory system thought could fill it. I honestly don't know what happened for orders where not everything could be filled at any given store; maybe then they split the order up? I understand not wanting to send the customer 10 separate boxes for one order, but I thought it was infuriating that I could find (say) 22 items out of 26 and couldn't just send out what I had and let some other store send the other 4. Also, sometimes stuff got sent in too-large boxes both because we had limited box sizes and because we had a small budget for boxes and the smaller ones mostly got used up first before the new budget came in. I also ALWAYS put paper or something in boxes with things like yarn, because I was paranoid about the customer accidentally cutting the yarn if there wasn't a barrier under the box flaps.
Yes, I was knitting beanie while enjoying your video. Getting a head start on my winter crochet and knit projects. Just don’t want any pressure at Christmas time. The list is so long, but have 40 beanies done so far. Thank you for sharing. It’s fun watching you fill your orders.

I'd contact Joanns and ask them if it's a name changed, but also contact your customers to see if they'd be OK to receive the sparkly pearl instead of the angel :)

I’m surprised with your orders they don’t send you a paper that shows what you ordered? with our ordering as a hairdresser and products what we would do is highlight everything that we got when it got to the salon. So might be a good idea for you just so you know what you ordered when you ordered it and if you actually got everything you ordered. Especially when you’re making so many orders and going through so many different yarns. Just a helpful tip. Thought you might could use.❤
cool vlog! i agree, if your custormer ordered a certain color you must fulfil it unlesss you can't get the color, you can contact customer and inform them of the situation, they are usually okay with it. better to be safe that way. Thank you for sharing!

My grocery outlet has that blues hair ties pack, I love it and they are less than $2 there 😊 I got a 75 rainbow pack at Ross for super cheap also. Just to give you some ideas on where to get some cheap hair ties ❤ love your videos

Also reaching out to customer service probably won’t result in anything but them telling you to return it at a local Joanne’s. 🤦🏻♀️ I just finally got the color I was missing from my order because it hasn’t been in stock and I ordered the entire collection in feb.
Looking at Joann’s website the item number for Angel sparkle is the same for the ART (article) number for pearl. So it’s probably just a name change or different name since there is sparkle to it.

I’m working on a dish cloth. That’s a little mind blowing about the Pearl and Angel colorways. I’m frustrated for you. At least they could have put a note in the box explaining it. As far as your customer goes, I think they will be fine as long as you use the same colorway for their order. If you don’t have enough, I’d try ordering Angel again and contact customer service.

Yes. Email them. And if they say it's the same, be sure to advise them that it most definitely is NOT. One is cool toned and one is warm toned.
