Video idea for your over stock of yarn : for the shelves behind you (tall ones) do a grid like A B C and then label the rows by number and do a generator and have it pick a cubby and pick yarn from them and make someone from that yarn . You use up some yarn and then if you don’t like that yarn you can free up some space .

You should do a video of only using acrylic yarn for 24 hrs! It would help you get through some of your stash
You should crochet a bunch of those hanging net hammocks for your extra yarn you don't have a place for. Maybe do that in the white video or rainbow video!

Smaller scrunchies for thin haired women and younger viewers. Perhaps it would also provide you with an opportunity to use some of your ibbits and bibbits of acrylic yarn. Have you thought about doing monthly drops for stock? Restock once and have a whole month to prepare for next months inventory. I don't know if this would create more or less stress and chaos for your business though 🤣

You could use the corner between the shelves and the wall (behind you) to stack yarn all the way up. Just an idea. 😊 Love your videos. Keep up the good work.
