Most of that sequence is just Mikasa imagining an Idealised version of Eren . However , I think the REAL Eren entered the dream when he says " Forget about me " you can see that he has Titan marks under his eyes , something that the IDEAL Eren didn't have .

This song just hits different after reading the chapter 139. It made me feel all the emotions that I've felt while reading this masterpiece. SNK accompanied me through my depression, made me feel less alone and more understood. Thank you so much Hajime Isayama for writing this manga. I know I'm being perhaps sentimental here but, at this point in my life idc no more. For some SNK is just a simple manga/anime, but to me, it means just so much. tysm for uploading this song.
