To compete with the forbes wealth list you need to create a TOTAL WEALTH/MORALITY list. Total wealth includes spiritual wealth, educational wealth, enviromental wealth, etc. Morality is maximizing the profitability of decision first on the eternal and universal scale and then within that scope on the regional and long-term scale, and that scale before the local and present.
It's done.
