- Upper crossed syndrome is characterized by Rounding of shoulder complex, shoulder blade malalignment, forward head posture, decreased stability or Range of motion, increased neck and upper back pain.
The management lies in posture correction and performing self corrective exercises.

Our posture creates our persona & our first impression and upper crossed syndrome can spoil that. Hence why not work on it. In this video i'm going to share with you 8 simple exercises that can help you in posture correction & prevention of upper crossed syndrome or text neck syndrome.
Well stretching and strengthening of muscles are key to maintain stability and mobility of your joints and if done in regularity the results are awesome. So here are 7 exercises which are combination of stretches and strengthening moves that will help out in managing "TEXT NECK SYNDROME" .
1. Levator scapule stretch
2. Upper trapezius stretch
3. Pectoral doorway stretch
4. Scapular Retraction
5. Chin tucks
6. Rugger posture
7.Middle and lower trapezius strengthening

Its a complex system . All the posterior and posterior chain, from s5, t4-t5, c4-c5, and its infact the tongue bad posture that can not stabilize the head.....you can notice her nose bump... that only bad tongue posture ...
