Very helpful and easy to understand. I’m pretty sure I have this issue. It’s causing constant upper rhomboid strains and neck strains.

Hi Ana, did you ever find a solution to your issues? I've had 3 bad neck strains now and no Dr has been able to diagnose. The 4 spots on the spine this video pointed at are all my trouble spots.
Wondering if you had any luck?

I love this video! Best explanation of UCS ever for this reason... Today, I shared your video with a 5th trimester student... She says, "I finally got it, I now understand this whole thing. This video showed it to me so I could see." Keep going with your talent and educational ability... I'll be watching.

Same here. Working on upper cross exercises. Will see if they work to potentially reverse the pain involved with this syndrome.

Wow, very well done video. I'm surprised at the low view count. The channel name is a bit misleading / confusing. Thank you though!!

Jill. Took your training many years ago at the world fitness convention and loved it. Use the balls and techniques with all my clients with huge results. Can you help sciatic pain?

Too much emphasis on phones, etc...watch how people sit when driving. Slouched, hunched, sitting on one hip, head hamging forward. How people stand...at a kitchen/work counters, cooks, cashiers, bank tellers, even construction workers, head leans forward, to look down at their work.

Best stretches are door way stretches with arms like a U and or a Y with elbows placed flat on the door way. Everyone sit straight. Upper cross syndrome is a fucking bitch coming from someone who has it

It's been 2 years man, how is your posture now? I have been struggling with upper/lower cross syndrome for the past 7 years, and hearing from people who managed to restore their healthy posture gives me hope.

Wauuu.....bingo 100%..maybe just needs to change that word week muscle, because people running in gym to make them stronger 🤣🤣musculature, tissue needs treatments with understanding how body function...

Number 15: Burger king foot lettuce. The last thing you'd want in your Burger King burger is someone's foot fungus. But as it turns out, that might be what you get. A 4channer uploaded a photo anonymously to the site showcasing his feet in a plastic bin of lettuce. With the statement: "This is the lettuce you eat at Burger King." Admittedly, he had shoes on. But that's even worse.
    Informative video though!
