Seth doesn't really scale sonic people so I don't see how anyone expects him to give a proper full on accurate answer without him having much knowledge on sonics feats(he most likely doesn't know many sonic feats)
He mostly doesn’t. Game sonic is extremely powerful and can beat dbsuper goku but the problem I don’t think Seth takes it seriously. Other then db. When it comes to scailing other characters that aren’t db characters i don’t know entirely but I’m pretty sure he has friends or fans that provides various feats that characters from others series has shown off.

Since Utakata is anime only it might not be canon. But based on showing in the anime, Utakata is impressive, but IMO he's not sannin level. This is just my opinion

Game aonic and even his classic variant brought back space, time and motion to an erased cosmology and that was in their base forms in somic generations. The only thing goku is speedbIitzing is himself chasing after their afterimages IuI. Theu already beat him in every other stat but speed is a non factor. Even xeno goku doesnt have speed feats that out him above that and if he did then that would only mean hes equal in speed to base classic sonic. This is a mismatch for the books.
