Idk when the people in the comments are gonna realize shooting with the M it’s about the experience the results of the camera depend on you people have become to dependent on new tech that’s why now a days everyone thinks they can be a photographer I have the M11 for my pleasure and experience it’s a refresh for me makes think more when creating for work I use my canons and fujis cause those are tools to get the job done I’ve come to realize the Leica haters either A can’t afford the camera B outside of advanced tech they can’t shoot creatively or C have never experienced an M camera before you don’t buy an M camera to compare it with a canon or Sony same way you don’t buy a Rolex to compare it to a fossil watch they both do the same but the mechanics and value of Rolex feels different and that’s what M shooters chase the feeling it’s a reboot in a world where in all honesty these cameras now a days do the work for you with an M it’s all on you you are the photographer
@throughmyeyes9940 I love that idea! A brass top and base on the black version would add a touch of elegance and sophistication. It would also give the camera a nice contrast and make it stand out even more. Thanks for the design suggestion!
@fthprodphoto-video5357 😂 exactly! 60MP for 8x10 prints is like using a rocket ship to go to the corner store. But hey, who doesn't love a good overkill?
@@AltBuzzOfficial even my first D40x was capable of doing these prints (colors were amazing by the way but I limited myself shooting up to 400 iso) nowadays any camera could produce 10x8 or 20x30 prints so I really don’t see the point of this Leica add. If the lady was displaying huge wall size prints in a gallery, then it would be OK. And cropping into 60MP doesn’t make it a zoom lens either.
@fthprodphoto-video5357 You make a valid point! With modern cameras, high-quality prints are easily achievable. The Leica's 60MP may not be as groundbreaking for print size alone. And you're right, cropping isn't a substitute for a true zoom lens. Maybe Leica is banking on the camera's aesthetic and brand loyalty rather than just technical specs?
You pay a large premium for the lack of basic functions present in any modern camera to day. It lacks IBIS, autofocus, a hand grip (just try to hold it ) and decent video functionality. It`s als very slow.
@brugj03 You're right, the camera lacks some modern features like IBIS and advanced autofocus, which may be a drawback for some. However, its unique strengths and compact design may still appeal to photographers who value its distinct qualities.
@SpartacusSF Fair point! You're right, the background music should complement the content, not compete with it. I'll make sure to strike a better balance between the music and narration in my future videos. Thanks for helping me improve! ❤️
No ibis on ff 60 megapixel sensor.. yep.. ultra fast and expensive lenses/ very short shutter speed and shooting at a day time only - otherwise you have to carry tripod with you. M on a tripod… it is possible but it is absolutely against M ideology- a portable camera for handheld use..
@Anatol19066 You hit the nail on the head! The lack of IBIS on a 60mp FF sensor does limit its versatility, especially in low-light conditions. It's ironic that a camera designed for portability and handheld use would require a tripod to get the best results. Thanks for sharing your insightful thoughts!
@JoeLopez Great point! Yes, 60mp may seem excessive for the target market of this camera, which prioritizes portability and simplicity. Perhaps a lower megapixel count would have been a better fit?

the black one should been brass at the top and base which would look cool when worn

3:33 all these 60MP to get nice 8x10 prints 😂

Content is fine but background music should be background, not as loud as your voice.

I’m glad you took my comment the way I intended - as positive, constructive.

No ibis needed for a steady and experienced hand.
Considering the target market… 60mp?
