    Disabled child at the beach...
    Assaulting a minor, and assaulting a disabled person are both felonies in some jurisdictions.

    • @ACGreyhound04
      @ACGreyhound04 Рік тому +14

      A&B (assault and battery) is usually a felony by itself. Assault is threatening violence to someone, like raising a hand, and battery is the actual violence. Battery on a minor and battery on a person with a disability are usually aggravating factors that make the crime worse.

    • @marywray6046
      @marywray6046 Рік тому +9

      Its a federal felony, all the states do this for the disabled and there is no community service or probation, you do time. Knew a girl who pushed her disabled roomate to the floor and he called the cops, he was fine , she didn't even push him that hard, but she was charged and she got 8 years for that little push and she deserved it.

      @@ACGreyhound04 becomes a felony at the aggravated level, otherwise both are almost always misdemeanors. Hitting a child, disabled person or the elderly are examples where it would be aggravated assault and/or battery.

    When my youngest was about two, we lived in a large apartment complex. There were quite a few kids ranging from his age to mid teens. The kids played in a grassy area enclosed by several of the buildings away from the parking areas. My kids were 2 m, 9 f, and 13 m. They came home one day with the youngest crying, apparently an older "kid" had grabbed and spanked the 2 yr old. I said I would go talk to the parents after dinner. "But mom, it was an adult, not a kid." I finally clicked onto the fact that another, unknown to me, adult had grabbed my youngest,yanked him into the air, and swatted him twice or so in mid dangle.
    I left my apartment and powerwalked to the idiot's door. I pounded on his door, telling him I wanted to talk to him. He wouldn't even open the door. I called the non emergency number and requested an officer to come talk to us and him. The officer listened to my kids and I and then went to talk to idiot. He came back in about 20 minutes with the other guys side and asked if I was going to insist on pressing charges? He kind of said it probably would not get that far, as he had a slightly mitigating/reasonable reason. He said my two year old had tossed a stick it had hit his glasses. He reacted without thinking. I told the cop that if he put the "fear of God" into the idiot si NEVER EVER put hands on any of my kids or anyone else's, then I would not press charges. Cop said thanks. Went back to that idiot and really gave him a stern talking to. He came back again with a laugh...this 6'2" 250+ lbs., idiot was too scared of 5'4" 195 lb., me, to open his door. Real kicker he was studying prelaw classes. Some future lawyer.

      @Lisa Barnes I was very much in that thought, but the cop who responded basically said it was unlikely the prosecutor would proceed with the case. My husband and a friend n of the family followed to "make sure I wasn't in danger ," but I think it was more to keep me from decking the idiot if he had opened the door. Cop said the guy was afraid of me because there was steam coming out of my ears when he checked the peephole, so the cop said. I was still very irritated and animated when the cop came by about 30-45 minutes after I called.

      @@venetabritt2771 I get what you are saying but the cop was wrong! @@stephaniehoyland4901 Technically that is exactly what happened, based on the naration, Karren folded rather nicely and as for the "Beat her to a pulp..." Millitary mommy didn't need more than a single punch to get the desired results...
      Remember, use of excessive and unnecessary force is in itself a crime. After all, if you go on vacation and don't want people to break into your home, you absolutely 100% "CANNOT" rig shotgun traps at every point of entry so as to kneecap anyone who enters, someone did this once, even though the victim of said trap was a home invader the property owner ended up in jail.
      As for the police... I love hearing when they actually do their dam job the way they are supposed to, there are far too many videos out there of police officers being the Karren and trying to get away with it by making "100% FAKE" accusations against innocent people.
      Example. Police officer intentionally breaks both arms of suspect for "Complying with the offiers orders and answering the officers questions."
      In this incident the use of any force was completely unjustified and illegal.

      now to that influence part of your question: they CAN indeed influence und "use there folowers to do certain things or to thing/ judge in a spezific way.
      bad examples are people like andrew tate . poeople like him just want to gain attention /money or other things.
      good examples for this kind of people are people who giving helpfull advises doing good thinks (not faked) or just want to share their passion with them ( important here is to NOT trust them blind and check if you can find other serios sources if nesseciary.) "Mr.Beast" and the german youtubers "gronkh" and "rezo" are good examples for that kind of people.

We had to put the fence up on our yard even before we were given the go ahead to put in our pool in the backyard. As far as water goes its a lot it took one of those trucks that also are used to carry fuel about a tank and a half to fill our pool up.

    Creepy neighbor. He not only knows he's doing something wrong, but has likely done it before and his wife found out about it. I'm guessing the wife said something along the lines of if you do it again I'll divorce you which is why he doesn't want to get his wife involved. Personally, I would have thrown the binoculars away.

    If my neighbor was watching my wife through my window with binoculars what would I do? Naked calisthenics and stretches in front of the window. Keep in mind I'm a big, dad bodded guy, and I dont think he'd appreciate seeing my chocolate starfish through his binoculars 😂

    Nothing gets my ire up more than child abuse especially abuse of a disabled child. I suffered so much the same when I was growing up so it is a soft (sore?) spot with me. Binocular story: Around Tulsa, OK, we have a christian school called "Rema Bible College". My friend used to live next door to students of this school. One night there was a storm which blew my friend's beach ball (very light weight) into their yard. When my friend went over to retrieve it, the students said the most ignorant thing I think I have ever heard. They said that the ball was theirs now. The GOD wanted them to have it and created the storm to blow that ball into the possession of it's proper owners. SMH Zealots are dangerous. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I live in a MH park in a 26x62 modular and for 20 years my neighbor road his lawn mower into my yard right beside my master bedroom windows twice a week. It got so bad I had to move my room across to the other side of the house to a small 12x12 room. It was just two years ago I was finally able to get him to stop.
