Story # 1: the really sad thing about karens is no matter how much time they spend in jail/prison,they never learn. OP if and when your "neighbor"ever gets out of jail DO NOT (AND I REPEAT: DO NOT)let your guard down around that woman

One of the reasons if it was left up to me "Karens" would not go to prison they would be exterminated like the vermin they all are. The method would also be extremely slow and painful serving as an example to any other would be Karen not to even attempt to try their kind of BS.

They should also make a complaint to the local prosecutor or the AG. A lot of prosecutors are cracking down on this form of embezzlement and fraud. To some extent this is due to the horror stories out there about mismanagement of HOAs and illicit boards.

Would also report the management board to the local legal board, plus the state CPA association, because they very likely are doing fraud, and bringing the 2 associations into disrepute. If there is a lawyer or a CPA in the management company add the local chapters as parties to the suits as well, because nothing makes them clamp down than being the accused in a lawsuit.

In fact just recently I learned that an outdated procedure was performed on my regular dog (knee surgery was supposed to be using monofilament wire but they used braided sutures) and I was so pissed off that I couldn’t go to the vet my mom did (technically only my service dog is mine, other pets are my parents but I live with them because I’m disabled and never moved out) and I didn’t go because I would’ve killed him.
No the bastard isn’t my regular vet, my regular vet is just as pissed as me and my parents, he was only doing a consultation and manipulated my mom into the surgery because she was emotional over our dog being hurt and then implied to our regular vet that my mom agreed to the surgery because of it being a cheaper option (our vet knows us and knew that was BS) and won’t admit to the braided sutures in writing but did over the phone. I haven’t felt this level of anger in a while.

It’s a plaintiff lawyer trick, actually a bad plaintiff lawyer trick, usually espoused by attorneys in non court activities. They think that by threatening litigation the parties will fold right away. Every adjuster that has handled nuisance litigation will tell you stories of some law school grad who passes the bar and doesn’t practice pulls that stunt. They are always the smartest person in the room or so they think. It is the same thing, “You might as well pay me the $5,000 instead of paying your lawyers.” What these clowns don’t understand that insurers don’t cave like that and claim managers hate them. Usually there is no basis to sue or claim damages, just an “I demand it.” It doesn’t work and is funny watching them get pasted in court by real attorneys that will eat them for lunch.

You can't squat somewhere and own another piece of property. You literally have to squat there; meaning you have to occuy the space. I mean it's simple. Private property is inherently theft. My friend's cane bumped the puppy and the "trainer" threatened to call the police to arrest her for attacking a puppy she couldn't see. My friend was well known at the store. The manager told the woman to get out and return without the puppy. She obviously knew nothing about how blind people navigate.

She asked my brother (the family BULLDOG) to look into it and found out that California, along with most states, have an office that takes care of problems in mobile home parks. My brother got ahold of them, and the state of California started an investigation. In the end, the state did an audit and found that the management had been skimming money from the park for years. 14:58 The thing about Karen’s is that they hardly ever learn from their mistakes, because in their twisted minds, it’s everyone else who is wrong. So, because they don’t see their actions as mistakes, even when punished by the legal system, they’re more than likely to continue with their same entitled attitude unless something happens that not only challenges their world view but completely shatters it into millions of infinitesimal pieces.

The Karen in the first story is really something else. You can't claim property as yours just because no one lives there. It still belongs to someone. These people just try to cleverly twist the law to mean things it never meant. The only reason is they are hoping to get something free.

I am blind in one eye because of a cataract and paralyzed on my right side due to a stroke. The number of times I’ve been accused of faking my problems in public is aggravating. It would be ridiculous if the consequences weren’t so serious. I can walk without a cane now, a year after the stroke. I have recovered limited mobility in my leg, arm and side. I still can’t use the wrist or fingers. Going to the grocery store or anywhere else is an ordeal to say the least. When I had the stroke, it was so bad that I had to have an external pacemaker fitted and a ventilator tube put down my windpipe because my brain forgot how to tell my body how to breathe and my heart to beat steadily. After about two weeks I was taken off the ventilator and a month after the stroke I got rid of the pacemaker. I get constantly harassed by Karens and Chads accusing me of faking my disability. I have repeatedly been pushed off my feet and challenged to get back up. I can actually manage to do it with my left arm and limited mobility in the one leg. Often only to be pushed down again. Store employees usually have to intervene. Then when my disability becomes obvious, their next move is to tell me disabled people should not be allowed in public and that I should get out of their sight, I should get out of the store and let them shop in peace. Mind you, this is already after shoving me down once or twice. As it is, I am increasingly wary of going out in public because these people seem to want to embarrass me as much as possible at every opportunity. Karens and Chads are simply bullies and use someone else’s disability as an excuse to bully them.

First story: Get several CCTV cameras that also record sound, and set them up outside to see all 4 sides of the house and garage. Remember, windows, like doors, can be a point of entry. You might want a Ring camera for the front door area. If the garage is attached to the house, the garage car door and any of it's windows or exterior doors are also points of entry.
Definitely be prepared and on your guard when your crazy neighbor gets out of the government run hotel, with a barred view from every window. I just had a crazy fantasy of painting bars on her windows, to make her feel more at home when she gets out of course.😁 Don't actually do it, but just amuse yourselves by thinking about it.😁 Another amusement you should only imagine, and not do is to play that chain gang song to welcome her home.😁 I am disabled, so I have to use my imagination for kicks a lot.😄 Tell your son that this old Star Trek fan named her rolling walker Warp 9. I first watched the show as a kid when it was airing for the first time. That's how old I am. SIGH!🙄 Back then nobody had any idea that it would become a major franchise!😯
Anyway, I'm glad that you and your family are okay, and I hope you don't have any more trouble from your crazy neighbor!😃

People should use Legally Blind or Vision Impaired to refer to their Blindness so people stop thinking they know exactly what's going on. Most people get their ideas of Blindess from media, and visual shorthand is the most often used so you don't spend time describing everything about someone.

I really dont know why someone would think a blind person can't recognize another person by their voice. Where I work, my desk is surrounded by a cubicle wall that is 6 feet high yet I can tell who is walking past by how they walk. It is no different than being blind, its using all the senses. To light the dog on fire, that would land many a person in the hospital with my family, we do not take kindly to people harming animals.

My totally blind friends can often identify people before they talk. They recognize peoples' gait patterns and fragrances or after shave they use. They are very social people who attend many sporting events and travel without sighted people. They've even gone to Paris and Berlin. They only ask for assistance when they real!y need it.

Blind story: Hope Jim knows what a molotov feels like for that. That's not scummy, that's straight up inhumane. Anyone who abuses animals deserves jail, but a service dog on top of that? Absolutely not. Karen story: all this court nonsense over $10 that the customer service rep offered to forward to her plus a bonus for inconvenience? Why? Just why?

  • @charleshines2142
    @charleshines2142 11 місяців тому

About the second story. I knew someone who is "legally blind". He really just had really bad eyesight and could not see well enough to do a lot of things. It would surprise me and scare the bejesus out of me if he was driving! He was a good person and I was one of his friends in school. I would love it if I bumped into him someday. It would be a miracle if he somehow recognized me or was with another of my friends and they pointed him out and began a reunion.
Now one other thing about the second story. Even if it was not a service dog that is felony cruelty to animals. Not only that but if someone ever mistreats an animal they run a serious risk of getting beat up really bad if the right person sees them doing it or hears about it from a person they trust. Treat the animals well and you will not be in such a situation.
