I tried it but did not really like it. To me there was too many ingredients, which took away the full taste of the more. I usually make it in a more basic way without garlic, thyme or scallions and not even with parsley and I think that I will go back to my basic style. But you did a great job presenting it.

I followed your recipe to the letter but what I realize upon tasting the food is that there were too many flavors involved, especially the thyme, which in the end took away the taste of the fish. It made me realize that the less spice the better. I will no longer use thyme and will only use onions and nothing else.
