Sir I used to workout but stopped . I thought of gve start my workout at 37 age so kuch achcha sa workout plan boliye morning aur evening if u want me to workout 2 times in a day or 1 time in a day. Because proper workout plan kya karu woh disturb hojata he aur I will be in confusion workout time table from Monday to Saturday

Because your muscle starts activating.... So that the pump it gives when you perform your first variation last for whole workout.... You must feel pain in the respective muscle...
