- Here's a quick video showing the difference a few days can make up in Rocky Mountain National Park. The first part of the video is from the wonderfully peaceful and calming morning I had today while waiting for light at Dream Lake, the second part of the clip is from Saturday morning on the side of Flattop mountain with gusty winds and blowing snow. Both days I didn't see anyone else on the trail and both were fantastic times to be enjoying one of the last snows we'll probably get this year. Did the light ever show up for me this morning? You'll just have to wait to see the film results!
