I'd been already attractive without working out, but being more confident was still a game changer and working out is helping that plus getting fit/fitter. Anyway, I got the Confidence and Peace of God in me which nothing can surpass, and I'm not looking for the attention of women, except the one God led me to. If you have a real relationship with Jesus, women are secondary. She's very attractive physically, but if she did not have the Holy Spirit, I couldn't care less about her physical traits. On the fleshly side, nothing can beat a gentleman with great confidence and leadership capabilities.

Many people (men and women) who I've known who have the Face of Shame have had the habit of complaining about their problems- that's not cute! Also, the study doesn't reveal who the test-takers were. Like attracts like so it would make sense that a person with a similar self-image finds another person with similar qualities attractive.
Also work on wardrobe! Women love the slim fit business casual look. Sure, they love athletic wear too and shorts and nice fitted hoodies. But like your old college sweater with a ketchup stains, it’s a no. Sweatpants when you’re at a pub, a no. Always read the room and the occasion and dress for the occasion. Men, I’m talking flannels, vests, nice jeans or dockers, nice boots, nice silky long sleeves shirts you would see on a Macy’s ad. Attire speaks a lot of words!
