I was really scared to try cuban cuisine in Cuba because of all the cats stories ,so Versailles was my first taste of cuban delicacies including their cafecito.
Cortadito actually is expresso with milk like she is having , if you want straight expresso it’s a cafecito or a colada which has sugar foam on top delicious!!

I'm from Miami, tho I'm been living many, many years on the Westcoast..and I used to say that "Cuban coffee" was just Expresso, but it is Cuban coffee allright..cos of the way they make it with the amount of sugar and the frothy foam? Ceviche is Not Cuban tho? That's originated from Peru to Mexico..it's just that it's become so popular, that everyone wants it now in restaurants? The real Cuban flan just cooks their caramel a bit longer to be darker, that's the only difference that makes it truly Cuban! The Ropa Vieja..is the top most authentic Cuban dish, tho!🇨🇺

The sanguich cubano is over rated at this spot. It's all hype because Versailles is a poppin' late night spot.
