3D Printing a Huge Lego Space Man LED Lamp

  • Follow along as I 3D print, Post Processed, and Painted 16 inch tall Space lego man.
    Then 3D Print, build a LED bulb, and Wired the light with Addressable LED's which are programmed with a arduino nano to display multiple colours and patterns.

    Nothing beats the classic Lego Space man.
    What kind of paper did you use to demonstrate the Airflow? Thats was a really neat way of doing it!

      Just normal paper from a note pad.

    Isnt there a fastled command to tell you the current draw? and you can also set a limit to max current to use. its pretty accurate

      I believe there is. I was more interested in the max draw so I could pick the right size power supply. It maxed out at around 1.3 amps so I used a 3A supply that I had.

      Originally I found a 12” file in thingavers . I started with those and re-designed them to have better joints and scaled up to 16”.
